About the Founder

Alba Outdoors has been established by Matt Watts, who is an outdoor enthusiast, keen mountaineer and qualified mountain leader.

The outdoors has provided Matt with endless hours of enjoyment, tranquillity and an opportunity to escape the pressures of daily life and learn new skills.

Matt is a MBA graduate with over twenty years’ professional experience in financial services. He lives in Edinburgh and has spent the last eight years exploring Scotland’s great outdoors.
